Two weeks ago I had a brainstorm. I would create a soundtrack for a video. I wanted to do the whole thing from scratch: compose, perform, and create the final mix/master. The problem? I had no video to use!

I contacted my friend and coach, Nate Aye, owner of the Golden Age Strength Club in Carol Stream, Illinois, where I work out. I asked him if he would mind if I took his video, “Who Is Nate Aye” and create a musical soundtrack for it. The project fed itself; the music seemed to create itself. Nate’s story is a great one, and, I decided to have the music reflect the crescendo from how he grew from childhood to wrestler to Marine to father to owner of the Golden Age Strength Club.

The result is here. I am quite pleased with the result, and I hope you enjoy it!
